  • Purchase prescribed herbal medicines and supplements

Prohibited Activities:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to medical records
  • Use our services for fraudulent purposes
  • Share or misuse prescribed medications

4. Appointments and Payments

Appointment Booking:

  • All appointments are subject to doctor availability
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Initial consultation requires complete medical history

Payment Terms:

  • Consultation fees must be paid at the time of appointment
  • Treatment packages require advance payment or installment plans
  • We accept various payment methods including cash, cards, and UPI
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Insurance claims should be filed directly by patients

Fees and Charges:

5. Medical Services and Treatment

  • All treatments are provided by qualified Ayurvedic doctors with BAMS/MD degrees
  • Treatment plans are personalized based on individual health assessment
  • Patients must follow prescribed treatment protocols and lifestyle recommendations
  • Regular follow-up appointments are essential for treatment effectiveness
  • Herbal medicines will be dispensed only with valid prescriptions
  • In-patient facilities are subject to availability and booking

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee
  • Treatment packages can be cancelled before commencement
  • Herbal medicines cannot be returned once dispensed
  • Unused medicines in sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 3 days

Refund Process:

Approved refunds for cancelled appointments or treatment packages will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Consultation fees for missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ayurveda Hospital or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Restrictions:

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

8. Medical Disclaimers and Patient Responsibilities

Important Medical Information:

  • Ayurvedic treatments work holistically and may require time to show results
  • Patient compliance with dietary and lifestyle recommendations is crucial
  • Inform doctors immediately about any adverse reactions or side effects
  • Continue prescribed treatments even if symptoms improve
  • Do not self-medicate or alter prescribed dosages without consultation
  • Emergency medical conditions should be addressed at the nearest hospital

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayurveda Hospital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products or services in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ayurveda Hospital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and following prescribed treatment protocols for optimal outcomes.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Failure to provide required documentation
  • Non-payment of amounts due
  • Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any outstanding orders or obligations will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations
  • If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
  • You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ayurveda Hospital concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
